Loaded the Kettle with some lump. Let it go for about 20 minutes.
Seasoned the steaks with salt and pepper.
Popped them on to sear. Did a little under 4 minutes a side and rotated 90° halfway thru each side.
Going on
4 minutes in and I add some of my bbq rub to the cooked side after the flip.
Just under 8 minutes and they are done.
1 was a little above medium, 1 was medium, and the thickest one was medium rare.
Here is the thick one.
While the steaks were resting the wife made some parm garlic butter bowtie noodles.
My plate(sorry for the poor plating)
