Chicken wings, so many flavor possibilities…
These were brined in Chicken Fried BBQ Game Over and seasoned with Chicken Fried BBQ Texas Rib Grind, they were definitely a winner!

Thanks for looking!

I just did thighs with the Vortex Marty. Those wings of yours put them to shame.

Point for sure
Chris

Those look great Marty… making me hungry for sure… might have to go shopping on a site you just may be familiar with! Just will have to do it after dinner… or I will get in trouble cause I’d need one of everything! 😉

Looks great to me... now I want wings!

This is piquing my interest. In my opinion, chicken thighs hold flavor better & any recipe that calls for that is a yes on my book! What spices did you use?

In pic three it shows the Chicken Fried BBQ's Texas Rib Grind.

Sorry Red I don't remember the spices I used, but I'm a HUGE wing fan. Especially whole wings.

I didnt want to create a new thread and I dont see a dedicated Buffalo Wings thread.
Ive experimented with various types of hot sauce/butter combos.
Old Bay Hot Sauce w/ Lemon/Lemon Zest worked really well. I added a pinch of Ghost pepper powder to spike the heat.
