Cold windy day so just brought out the electric griddle. This thing works so good and nice having everything at hand in kitchen. Found some pre-marinaded chicken thighs for 1/2 off. These things are so good and juicy I don't think you could mess them up. Served up with some Zatarain rice cilantro lime. That is some tasty rice.

Guess while I have it out might as well make breakfast. Got a crawfish boil at 11 so was going to skip but what the heck!

I like that rice too . Franks makes a Cilantro lime spice in a shaker . It's great for stuff like this . Nice work .

A little late for breakfast. Crawfish boil at 903 Brewery! This griddle is just amazing! It idles around 350. Cant imagine how hot this thing could get.

I love chicken fajitas. looking good my man. I just made chicken ken fajitas the other night for the first time on my black stone. The family loved it. I cut my thighs into bite size chunks and it cooked so quick And you get a little more char all around.

I missed this one Brian! Wow, you are on a roll! I can smell and hear it sizzling! Man, I need to get that flattop! Points for sure!
 
Looks great, I was hesitant about cooking thighs that were skinless boneless but dang they flat out still taste great, I do them on the flat top with different rubs , lime rubs work really well for taco's for us.
