Yea, skinless breasts got a pretty fine window between moist and dry.
Thighs are my favorite, right after the gizzards :emoji_wink:
Thanks! smoked 4 breasts tonight! Were a little dry, and will try them next maybe by brining first, adding some cream cheese, and using fresh chicken breasts instead of frozen ones!
