Chicken breasts on the new rig

Yardbird was rubbed and then sauces about 3 hrs. in. Smoked with pear and maple. No complaints from the girls and they were gone quick.

Same smoker, plenty of room for everything and no I can't stay away. Planning the menu for another run on it next week. The neighbors are already asking to rent space on it.
