Chicken Breasts Mini WSM w/ Qview

    I made up a rub with stuff I had around the house.
    1/4 cup paprika
    1/4 cup onion powder
    1/4 cup garlic powder
    1/4 cup Italian seasoning
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tbsp ground mustard
    2 tbsp black pepper

    Made up a brine
    2 quarts water
    1/2 cup salt
    1/2 cup sugar

    Trimmed chicken and put it in the brine

    Let it sit in the fridge for one hour

    Thank you. It rose somewhat quickly and now it's at a crawl. At least it's still crawling.
