Chicken Breast

    Just learned that company acomminn today and expect some great food. Well got chicken breasts...figure about 2, 21/2 hours at 250*. Pull and let rest at 165*-170*. Does this sound about right?

    yo cajun dude,
    in my experience,
    it may go 3 hrs at 225-250 f.
    idaho needs gumbo.
    show them folks about rice.
