I marinated with Italian dressing seasoned with stubbs chicken rub wrapped in bacon brushed with BBQ sauce and smoked @ 325 with applewood then seared to crisp up everything.

Looks good from here! Cant go wrong with the bacon. And stubs has some good stuff!

Yes regular pickle juice. I prefer the Clausen koshers. About 6hrs Jeff. Then hit with rub and wrap in bacon
