Hey all,
Been really going after the vortex chicken lately. Did another batch of drumsticks over the weekend and was really happy with the final result. Half lemon pepper and half buffalo.

Then tonight I used the SnS to cook some bone in chicken breast with simple salt and pepper seasoning. Another good result. Served these along side of mashed potatoes and honey rosemary roasted carrots (didn’t get any pictures of the full plate unfortunately).

I think I prefer the vortex method but I have to more head to head controlled experiments to be sure. But can’t go wrong with either!

Both ways would be welcome on my plate! Looks awesome!

Looks good . Either way makes great chicken .

That looks great @JCAP , Like! The vortex and SnS takes the Weber from a "maybe tonight" to the mast valuable weapon in the arsenal for sure. RAY

Yea, these really are two awesome investments for the kettle. Very happy with both so far.
