Smoked a batch of Chex Mix that I added some nuts and Cheese its.Cold smoke 2 hours with Alder & Cob.

Was hoping to have these as a snack tomorrow.Anyone else ever have them to smoky?

I've gone longer than 2 hours without issue on crackers and Chex mix before.

Can you bag them for a while and see if they tone down? That's too good of a mix to go to waste! :icon_eek:

Ouch! That does suck.

Any changes from other smokes, ideas what happened?
I think just to good of a burn on the pellets,I had the bottom vent open 1/4 " so that may have been the cause
