Hi All- New member and first post. I’ve been creeping the forums for a while and have stole some pretty amazing recipes from here. I’m am currently getting ready to smoke 3 butts for a party. I have injected all three with Cherry Dr. Pepper and rubbed with my basic rub.
On the third I added powderd peanut butter to the rub and intend to add in some melted down whipped peanut butter to a portion of the meat as a test. Has anyone ever tried something this bizarre.? I got the idea from a local bar that serves peanut butter and jelly chicken wings.
