Hey all! I finally got a chance to get caught up here. I have another version for pork chops which I made tonight. Excellent match-up as well, IMO...I recommend you check it out here:

Thanks, Brian, I do like to include all my findings whenever possible, so others can just dive right in and go for it.
Yeah, the idea of anything with cherry gets my attention, but this dry rub sensation...well, it's looking like it'll take things pretty far before it's over...I'm just gettin' started, man!

Thanks, brother, I can tell you it is a very unique and interesting experience to eat.Now that's a recipe to write down! I can only imagine the outcome right now until I try it.Awesome!![]()
Eric everything looked great. Great write up too on this thread.

Thanks, Bear, I hadn't even had time to update my sig line lately. I'll need to figure out how to embed links into shorter titles for my signature line, 'cause it got pretty crowded awhile back and now I'm out of character space!Looks Awesome as usual Eric!!!!![]()
You ARE adding this to your signature TOO aren't you???![]()
I would love that stuff---Whenever there is various flavored candy passed around, I always go for a red one, hoping it is cherry flavored.
Thanks for a great post !

Thanks, Shooter, I do have a blast when I start on something new like this...it peaks my interest so quickly that I just gotta go for it and make it happen. And when the smoke clears, I like everyone else who's interested to be able to run with what I put together and get good results as well. I do owe the inspiration to ellymae, though...she got me to really start thinking about the idea of a natural flavored cherry rub, and that's what got me into this mess to begin with! LOL!!!!! Seriously though, that's where this one started.Excellent step by step, detailed and very creative as usual Eric. Always love checking your stuff out. Looks like you have another winning combination.![]()
Thanks, it is! If you're up to some mincing and grinding spices, it's a very good change from the typical dry rubs.Looks good enough to eat.![]()
