Hello everyone! I have been getting daily emails from Smoking Meats for a long time and just stumbled on this forum. I look forward to continue reading and perhaps get some great recipes and tips on using the grill and smoker a lot more. I love LOVE to cook and try new recipes and cooking techniques. I am in Arkansas, near Bull Shoals lake, so love to go fishing and will be putting in a garden this spring.
