We binged all four episodes yesterday. Well done documentary. Nice focus on the people and their craft. My favorite part was Tootsie saying she doesn't use thermometers or gauges. Goes by feel and instinct. That's old school in its purest form.

I saw the preview. May knock out an episode tonight before I binge some more of Power on Hulu. I did see she checks the smoker temp by touching the hot metal.
