Cheesesteaks using Prime Rib Leftovers

I always have to make Cheesesteaks with my Leftover Prime Rib, and these were the Best Cheesesteaks I ever had !!

So Tender, Juicy, and Flavorful !

The Captions above each picture below show about everything I do to make these.

We didn’t have any Onions on hand, and also didn’t have any of my favorite Cheesesteak Cheese—> Provolone, but these are great like this too.

Note: These Sandwiches come from this Prime Rib Smoke:

Thanks for looking,

Bear

Here we have the Leftover “Ends” from my 5.65 LB Prime Rib smoked with Apple Dust:

After 3 hours in my Freezer, the pieces can easily be sliced very thin for Sammies:

Here’s all the slicing—Enough for about 6 to 8 Cheesesteaks, kept in a container in my Fridge:

Here’s enough for an Open-Face Cheesesteak, ready to heat up (Nuking works fine for this):

Some Steak Sandwich Sauce on each side of a Steak Roll:

Then I put the Heated Meat on each half of the roll:

Then I put some Cheese on top, and some Hot Peppers, and all it takes is enough Nuking to melt the Cheese.
Some Pickle Chips on the side:

Same thing on a Hot Dog Roll:
