Hello all!

I'm "new" to this forum and found it looking for new ways to smoke/preserve meats etc..... I was getting board with the limitations of my trusty Little Chief and feel ready to graduate to bigger things. I look forward to reading what others have posted and trying recipes/techniques posted.
