been reading for a while, soo, jumped on board. great info in here. for about two month now, i purchased a char-griller 5050 with a side burn box...i have a love hate relationship with it now...i never use the propane side. i am sure i will when the grandkids come over. but anywho...started smoking and fell in love. like i needed another reason to sit by the pool and drink beer!!!

i have pork butts down and my next favorite thing i have smoked thus far has been cornish hens. they were amazing. i could literally hold them up and shake meat off them. so very juicy, with a great smoky flavor.

going to be looking to grab a couple of ducks for this weekend, so if you have any suggestions, please dont hesitate to offer them up.
