Just checking in to say hello. I've been lurking here for a few months and I must say this forum has been making me look good. I have a CharGriller gas/charcoal combo with a firebox but I got tired of feeding it charcoal so I got an MES 40 and love it. The best accessory is the A-Mzn-Ps. Todd's service is second to none.
I live in southern IL so the winters are pretty soft and pretty much smoke year around.
I live on a private grass airstrip, ride motorcycles, shoot guns and smoke stuff. I'm a retired air traffic controller from Chicago Approach so I may have talked to some of you airline types over the past 30 years.
If you're ever flying around IL you're welcome to stop in at IL71 and say "Hi", we're about 6 miles NE of MDH (Carbondale, IL)
