I posted these in the general section, but it looks like more people use this section.
Take a look at these beef ribs. If you haven't smoked beef ribs, DO IT! These were amazing. With jeffs rub and sauce as a glaze.

I wish that our store had beef ribs with that much meat on them.  All they have is frozen ribs that look like they have been through a meat scrapper.  You see bare bones, with only a very little amount of meat in between the bones.  NONE on top.  Needless to say, I have never bought them!
