Rare Beef Tenderloin Roast with Green Peppercorn sauce.

Green peppercorn sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced shallots
2 tablespoons green peppercorns
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Cognac
2 teaspoons flour
1 cup beef broth
½ cup heavy cream
Salt, to taste

Damn that looks good!! This is a dish that has somewhat become a thing of the past. Very nice to see it still alive....and making me drool :emoji_wink: Very nice looking meal!!
