Chat?????

Well guys and gals I guess my true colors are coming out "DOCB" (tech for dumb Ole Country Boy). I have tried to get into chat but can't seem to get there..I click on chat and it waits then tells me "invalid user name and/or password." I've clicked on the room and it changes position on the screen but no chat. HELP THE DOCB

Not sure on that one if your logged into the forum you should just click on chat at the top of the page and while it may take a minute or two it should take you there

PM Dutch or TulsaJeff. One of them will have to adjust something so you get recognized in the chat feature. This used to be a problem, but hasn't came up in a while now.

They haven't been online since you sent it but I am sure once they are, they will fix it.

Happened to me when I first tried the chat room.

I'll made a note in the moderators forum in case they miss the PM for some reason.

So , you are clicking the "chat" word in the blue bar under your "welcome Dennisdocb" at the top of the page ?
I just tried it today for the first time and it worked fine.

Yes That's what I do and a window pops up saying ivalid username and/or password???????

Dennis,
When the chat room first came on line, I had problems accessing it too. Check the Internet setting in the "Tools"-"Internet Options" you'll need to adjust your settings so it's not so restrictive. Also check your pop-up blocker if you have one installed.

If these tips don't work then I'll have to kick the problem up to Jeff.

The chat program is up and running but you will need to re-register you can use the same info you did the first time tho. Heres a link remember click on "register" and wait for the page to pop up then fill in the info.

Have you tried to re-register? I had the same problem until I re-registered, then got right in.

I just re-registered and I was able to enter the chat room. It works as Laurel said.
