Char-Griller Smokin outlaw

Hello!

I've had my Char-Griller Pro Deluxe Since 2008 and its going strong as ever. A family member got me the Somkin Outlaw just recently because he wanted my Pro Deluxe (guess he liked the fact of mine being broke in)

. Now I've never play an SFB before so this should be fun and interesting least to say! After I get my cast iron all seasoned up is there any advice on this? I'm her in central Louisiana.
