First and foremost, this is the greatest and worst grill/smoker I've ever owned. Like another thread here my fan burnt up! Spoke to customer service (they have amazing customer service) and recieved new fan, wires and control box. I still have an ERF code. I am at loss on what to do. Anybody have any similar issues and were able to work in out?
