Hello my name is Shane and I'm a habitual smoker and I'm not at all guilty about it! Currently I own a Bradley smoker. But that's about to change. I'm getting everything rounded up to start my rotisserie trailer smoker. I reside in central MO. Looking for tips and advice on my build. Thanks
