Thanks I figured that, but I have read many times that there are dangers from cell phones in some medical reports. Who Knows for sure. Is coffee good for you? Depends on the wind direction I guess.

Actually, yes it is, it is loaded with antioxidants. It's the cream and (real) sugar that isn't good for you. Switch to black with Splenda[emoji]174[/emoji] and you're much better off. I gave up coffee for several years until my doctor convinced me that I should drink a couple cups a day, just not the cream and sugar.

Biggest dangers from cell phones is distraction while driving, being rude around others carrying on a conversation (of course, my biggest peeve is someone who comes in the store yakking away, totally ignoring me yet wanting service and I have to interpret around their conversation and then they get upset if I interrupt them with a question as to what they want, or when they idly spend 20 minutes on my sales floor conducting business of their own and not leaving to let me conduct my business - I'm not their office space!), and slowing down not paying attention to their driving skills while yakking away. I don't know how many times I get behind someone going 5 mph less than the speed limit holding everyone up because their focus in on their conversation, not their driving. In heavy metropolitan traffic it causes plenty of accidents and a lot of road rage - yakking away, slowing down, drifting in and out of lanes, not using signal lights (hand is holding phone), not paying attention, rear-ending someone in stopped traffic, not speeding up to the flow of traffic causing backups, etc. I see it every day in my 45 min. commute to and from work, and sure enough, it's someone who's mouth is moving and brain is not usually causing the problem!

Cell phones, radar, microwaves etc are all in the radio frequency bands. When I was in the Navy working on aircraft you could not use the UHF,VHF, or HF radios while fueling because of a fire hazard. Radiated energy. As long we have been holding cell phones next to our heads and bodies if their were any ill effects we would know that by now. Think of how long technicians have been working around radiation from radios. Not to long ago their was some news about cell phones causing brain tumors. But in the end who knows.

Complete hoax...

This was made by a bluetooth headset manufacturer (cardo systems) to scare you into buying their product instead of placing your phone next to your head (so, ok, you have another rf radiating device there instead of your phone?? That will somehow mitigate the alleged damage?? ). Iceman has linked to the snopes page, here is the you tube video that is referenced on their page that explains it...and what do you know, it is from that bastian of investigative journalism, CNN.

Lots of questions about EMF (electromagnetic frequency) and it's effects on the human body. There are certainly some people who are very sensitive and can actually feel ill from it.

There are some studies in rats that show a structural change in their brains when exposed to an average (I forget how they defined that) amount of cell phone EMF.

Personally I just try to minimize the exposure with short calls and keep it an inch or two from my head. Longer calls I try and use the speaker phone.

It's probably just one aspect of the bombardment our bodies get in today's world.

My 2 cents.
