CCW Course tomorrow

Ohio went to constitutional carry a couple of years ago but I still renewed my CCW license. "Just in case". I don't want to go through the test again.

Daughter and SIL had to do the same thing when they moved from Nebraska to Iowa. Easier to get in Iowa than Nebraska so it wasn't so bad.

Tell that to the folks in Murderapolis.. incident a few weeks back, over 100 rounds fired and no one was hit. Cars and houses took a beating but we didn't get rid of any of those losers.

SC is now Constitutional Carry which means we can open carry without a permit or training as long as we're allowed to have a gun...

Got my cwp in 01. Had a stroke in 21 also time for 4th renewal. Let it expire.
Once my mind was clear I took another class in 23. Got turned down because I went to jail for dui 3rd in 1985 at 20 years old.

Ya, Colorado is getting bad with gun laws. I pick up my new toy tomorrow. The owner of the shop was telling me all kinds of bologna the state is trying to pull.

I could file for a pardon but I'm not a felon. I can legally own a firearm.
Could careless about concealed carry now.

Utah and ? used to be the golden grail adders to CCW courses to get more state reciprocity. Minnesota used to need Utah just to get North Dakota reciprocity before the rules got aligned.

Don't own a handgun so I don't need a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit HOWEVER in Minnesota you need one to purchase an AR style rifle. Luckily they have a second avenue by getting a local law enforcement purchase permit.
The permit is good? Not in the least.
Local Law enforcement has 10 days to process the permit, but it takes the state at least 20 days to reply to a background check, None of the firearms permits include a medical release as that is confidential under HIPA.
