The EUDS was at Max temp 225 and it smoked about 3 hours.
Try a lower temp for longer. I smoke for 12 hours at 120.

I'll have to get a smoke generator to do that low temp. The chips will smolder at the higher temp in the panTry a lower temp for longer. I smoke for 12 hours at 120.
