    Will pull out of the cure Thursday and soak in water for awhile.

    Then smoke Saturday.

    I have 2 butt roasts curing now for ham, I'm going to put some aside for that. Thanks for the idea!

    I just used the pieces that I cut off to square up the loin the cut the chops.
