Cast Iron Supper

Still new to all this, but had to share my first cook with cast iron. Was really, really pleased with the results. One of the tastiest I've done yet.

Absolutely. You mentioned growing up with CI cooking...when I tasted this cook, I immediately reflected upon my childhood. Amazing how tastes and smells can take you back.
