That's what happens when you mods do such a fantastic job, and the culture here so positive; it creates a very healthy environment where people can truly thrive. It's not the norm either, this forum is a rarity, I don't think I have ever been a part of a better on-line group!

So very true Gary! Don't take it the wrong way, I'm on there for the very first time...and I am so honored to be there! So I'm not agreeing just because I'm on it. But my bacon post is pretty simple...everything on my thread was learned from people on SMF, and I thank you so much for the knowledge you all have shared. The threads on the carousel are all awesome with outstanding ideas of different meals. I will give credit to the mods for the great job they do on the forum and also to all the great members here...because of everyone we all seem to elevate our games. Only bad thing (which isn't bad by any means) is the to do list keeps getting longer and longer!
