Great surf and turf with the son.
Kids are gone, but wife is taking a short trip with daughter so I get the hubby free time. Cooked mushrooms is on the menu as wifey does not like them or the smell of them. May stop there for a meal.

We all hate it when our wives have to go away for a couple days

But when they really have to, it is nice to cook what normally is not on the regular menu, just saying
