Hello folks,

Just a quick hello as I recently joined the forums. I just purchased the chargriller smoking pro delux with side fire box and am looking forward to getting this thing dirty. I'm out Arizona so fortunately, I don't have to worry rust and such but here's the plan -

1) Season this puppy...today

2) Not sure if these things require many mods at this point...IMO the 2013 models of these chargrillers cover many mods outside of the smoke stack extender so I'll hit home depot today for that

3) - Throw some butt on smoke next weekend for SuperBowl Sunday. Pics to come.
