There was no option to buy the 18", but no problems with the 24".

Figured it out! Have to select 24" and the tan color. Now I just need to get over the fact that I need 24'!

It's not 24', its 24".  He sells them in 18 and 24" widths by the foot.  You can trim them to your liking.  I ordered two feet of the 24" and cut it in half for two 12" X 24" mats.
