I'm glad I found you post Case. Ma Dutch wants me to do a pot roast for Sunday supper. She suggested (strongly hinted) that I cook it in the can cooker. Since I don't have beer in the house, I think that I'll use the rest of the Merlot wine that I bought for use in another recipe. Got plenty of new potatoes on hand, just need to restock on carrots, celery and a pot roast!
