Happy Thanksgiving!

Working on two rigs: eggplants on one

Turkey drying on the other (after brining) under a fan

Not a typical thanksgiving dinner planned, other than the turkey. But i hope a lipsmacking one nevertheless.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends!! Having spent the better part of most weeks for 7 years in the Brampton area for sales during the week I have many!

Wifie is the master cook today... I'm at "firewatch" duty at work occasionally sending mms reminders to wifie that I like extra pound off duck liver mixed in turkey stuffing...

That all looks amazing.
Can you walk me thought your eggplant spread and porcini cream cheese spread please? These would make great appetizers in our home as everyone loves eggplant and shrooms. I guess I will have to use up the last of my wild morels on this, it looks and sounds great.
