Hey guys, my name is John I am from Vancouver Canada.  I am a hunter and most of my smoker use surrounds game meat and fish.  Have been smoking fish for years and over the last few years got into making sausage and bacon.  I have been using a big chief smoker for the last two seasons but now I have decided to build my own smoker.  I am here to get advice on my build and maybe pick up a new recipe or two!  I will be reading over the posts on the forums over the next week and asking lots of questions, thanks in advance for all the info on the site, its great!
