Greetings, look forward to being a member here. 

Got a weber smoker for Christmas, fired it up new years eve when the temperature hit a balmy 3 degres celsius (Canada) smoked some ribs (been BBQ smoking all summer, the wife got me a smoker for christmas) And have not touched it since. Now Saturday here it is going to 8, so it's smoking season now in Ontario Canada

Registered to post some questions and to learn and share ideas and recipies

Nice, I think I'll look at this course this week, hopefully will have the time to get into it.

Yep, pork in "Pork", beef in "Beef", chicken in "Poultry" and so on.
