hello everyone i just made somme canadian bacon it turned out great i got a pork loin from costco and cured it using hi mtn buckboard bacon cure put in the cure for 7 days and smoked it using hickory and when the temp reached 150 i pulled it out of smoker i used my gosm here are some pics

Wow that a really nice site! Took awhile but I found the Buckboard recipe! By now it's become more of a curiosity than anything. What the heck is this stuff? No what I mean? LOL
 
Pork Loin from Costco...Thanks SC. Guess I'm going to Costco. I've made bacon with de-boned butts, now gonna do it with Pork Loin, cause that sure looks good. Thanks.
