Hey Gary, since Disco was kind enough to point out that your Canadian bacon wasn't really Canadian bacon, should the native Texans follow suit, and point out that any brisket that has been injected/parted out before cooking/brined/"Crock Potted"/fast cooked/slathered in sauce/etc., isn't really brisket??
