Needed some cheese so slice that too


Got 8 bags of 6 slices each,freezing like this and my wife can seal it Monday

Gary It was yours on the carousel going around made me remember to slice LOL

I think you see a difference in color using TQ or Cure #1 as a dry cure

Then using Pops shows a different color brined
