CC= 55,996.39 CI
FB/CC Opening = 150 CI
FB Size = 18,478.81 CI or 24" H X 33"W X 23.5" D
Stack = 5.5" ID X 39.5" L
Vent openings = 2- 3" X10" lower on sides and 1 4" round in door of FB

I have used Feldons, Smoker Builders.com and the calculations on this site and they are all different. I am hoping this is somewhat middle of the road and it works.

A co-worker who has built smokers in the past suggested when doing a tank to split the tank to alleviate the residual stresses so the doors won't warp.

Feldons is ok for an offset but for an rf smoker the openings need to be increased to account for the added travel/friction for the smoke.

Use the tutorial on the forum. Your fb/cc opening is too small. it should be at least 224ci
