Can you guess what this marinade is for?

3-4-5-6 marinade:
3 tablespopons of Lee & Perrins
4 beers
5 tablespoons Mad Huinky general rub
6 fresh limes sqeezed

chicken???

Add a lil brown sugar and/or honey and it would probably make a tasty marinade for pork loin.

I am thinking that would work nicely on a flank steak for some fajitas.

You guys are getting close.... answer will be posted at 3 pm PST.

I would also go with the fajitas meat or flank steak for your marinade.

This marinade will be tried on a 7.75 pound cross rib roast, untrimmed and not foiled, but that will be another post. Thanks for the interesting answers, and gracias too...

I knew it bigger than fajita due to the amount of liquid involved Qview when done

I was gonna say... with 4 beers I figured it was a marinade for the "chef"!

I like the idea.. but why use pilsners? Ales, porters and stouts have all the good flavors if ya ask me..
