Can you freeze lox?

I made some beautiful lox out of lake trout and I would like to save some of it for later.  Does it survive freezing?

Yup, assuming you would vacuum it first.

If you vac seal it yes you can freeze it without degrading the texture. It should be good for roughly a year but I try to use up fish in my freezer within 6 months when possible...

Ya, it won't last that long.  Thanks for the help guys.   A buddy at work just told me that he has a bunch of salmon that he caught in alaska to use up, more lox on the way!
