The iPhone 15 Plus main camera captures super-high-resolution photos at 24MP by default, but can shoot up to 48MP, with file sizes around 3MB for 24MP and larger for 48MP, though it also takes 12MP photos from the ultrawide and telephoto lenses. You can adjust resolution in settings, with higher megapixels offering more detail but taking up more storage.

Samsung phones take even larger megapixel photos. My phone.

These by default are way too large for many websites to handle. Some sites can automatically resize them on the fly when they are too large but most do not. I do not believe this site does which is why you are having problems.

You need to either change your settings in your photo options to a smaller resolution or use a program that can resize them for you.

EDIT: I worked for the feds for 34 years in the Information Technology sector and watched the rapid growth of electronic devices over the years. The advancements have been great but the typical person has not kept up with it. Everyone buys the latest thing because it's new but has no idea what they are buying or what the capabilities are with them.

My niece was just showing off to me a new instant camera she has attached to her Iphone. It has a 1.5 inch by 3 inch instant photo that comes out of it. Oh WOW girl, you just found a 1970's Poloriod camera reinvented at 1/4 the size and more expensive. She still waves it around to develop it like we did back in the day.
