So I’ll be sure to check out the recipes.While I don't have one, I've read that many owners are a bit disappointed in the "smoking" ability. That said, I would think with the use of an A-maze-n Tube or tray and dialing the temp down as much as possible you could achieve good results and smoke flavor.
There are tons of recipes on the site here. I would recommend starting with something simple (and cheap) like chicken or maybe pork butt and see how it works.
