Can’t post pictures

Trying to post pictures in a post last night and couldn’t. Any ideas as to why? When I selected insert full image it would just post this:

I had to reset my phone the other day. Could a setting in my phone be set wrong?

Well what do you know. The picture shows when I post the thread.

Picture used to post while I was typing the thread. Last night it wouldn’t let me preview.
