I am a new Camp Chef pellet smoker owner. My brother and father both have triggers. I would like to find the best recipe for pork loin. I have tried several and the meat is always really tender but doesn’t have the flavor that I would like. I have found that I smoke everything; fish, chicken hamburgers, steak, ribs, chicken etc. I haven’t smoked any vegetables yet but am working that way.
