Cajun Boiled Drunken Chicken

    I love Beer Can Chicken!

    I have a pan under my holder that catches the juices. 

    They vaporize and baste the chicken.

    Less mess on the grill too!

    Looks great, how much crab boil do you use? I heard that stuff is potent. 
     
  5. Thanks Todd Family enjoyed it. Very tasty and tender. I can't eat solid foods but the juices were very tasty. I like the idea of a pan and next time will try that.

    Meateater.I bought a 16oz (454gr) and only used half of it. Not as strong and if you had used boiling crawfish, shrimp or crabs. Just like the flavor added to the inside of the chicken.

    yep.  For a westerner, that crab boil is interesting and versatile stuff.
