I have the Cabela's 20 pound meat mixer and am very pleased with it.

I did however have a machinest friend make me a coupler shaft to replace the shaft on the hand crank handle and this coupler connects to my electric meat grinder so now mine is motorized, But as for mixing the meat, I am very satisfied.

Its a great mixer, I have been very happy with mine. I just mixed up 30# of various sausage, brats, and kielbasa to be stuffed and smoked tomorrow. It seems to work well turning the hand crank clockwise for a bit then counterclockwise also, mixes the spices in very well!

It sounds like a good deal. I have heard from other folks here that they are a bi**** to clean tho.

They come apart real easy for cleaning. The easiest way I have found to clean the auger is with a brush. Its really not any harder to clean than any other piece of meat processing equipment in my opinion for what its worth..
