I've been looking around on this forum and elsewhere, but I've yet to find a definite answer to my question. I've seen the Smoke Hollow Pro Series 44" at Sams Club for about $280 and the standard Smoke Hollow 44241G2 44" at Amazon (& elsewhere) for around $335. Other that the obvious main door, are there any other major differences between these two?

I've been back and forth between the Smoke Vault 24" and Smoke Hollow 44", but leaning to the latter since I may occasionally need the extra room during the summer months (8-10 pork butts). As a secondary question, is there much difference in build quality between these two (such as sheet metal thickness or wields)? I can deal with mods on my new smoker, but cheap construction can't always be fixed.

Thanks for the help.
